About the Conference
Over the last decade, the communication ecosystem has undergone significant development. The new-age communication ecosystem adheres to the new laws of information technology for conveying information in the form of speech, multimedia, and byte streams. Traditionally, large equipment was required to manage data. However, nowadays small smart devices, such as IoT, can generate data based on their surroundings. Traditional data management and processing approaches do not apply to the massive amounts of data generated by the latest digital devices, hence new data management strategies were implemented. But this rapid digitization raises numerous security issues because a vast amount of personal and private information is shared online. Therefore, there is a need for a platform on which researchers can share their thoughts and the latest research work related to information technology and communication ecosystem management.
The aim of ITCEM 2024 is to present the emerging trends of the information technology and communication ecosystem in the development of smart technology. ITCEM 2024 involves research on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning related to the development, security, and management of digital technologies. This conference is targeted at researchers, students, academicians, and business professions in the area.
The conference encourages papers of both practical and theoretical character, presenting research or applications addressing all elements of information technology, the latest digital computing technologies, and the communication ecosystem, thereby opening up new research avenues.Furthermore, the conference program will include many tracks, special sessions, invited talks, presentations and keynote speeches delivered by worldwide scholars. We believe that this conference will pave the way for future research and technological advancements in this critical field.
Paper Submission
A. Requests for Submissions
(1) English is the official language of the conference, and all of the papers should be written and presented only in English.
(2) All of the papers should be submitted in WORD and PDF formats, and all of the papers should be typeset according to the template on the official website.
(3) All of the papers submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, which should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere, and the copyrights of the papers should not have been demised to any institution, organization or individual.
B. Submission Method
Prospective authors are invited to submit their full papers (including all sections, figures, tables, and references) via EasyChair Submission System at https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=itcem2024. If you have any questions about submission, you can email to itcemconference@126.com.
Paper Review
We will first check plagiarism status of each submitted paper, and there is a hard rule that the similarity rate can not exceed 18%. We take plagiarism case very seriously, which include self-plagiarism of authors' own published papers. Papers with high percentage of plagiarism and self-plagiarism will not be considered. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
(1). Reject the paper submitted or delete the paper from the final publications.
(2). Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
(3). Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
(4). Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.
(5). Each paper should clearly indicate the nature of its technical/scientific contribution, and the problems, domains or environments to which it is applicable. To facilitate the double-blind paper evaluation method, authors are kindly requested to produce and provide the paper without any reference to any of the authors, including the authors' personal details, the acknowledgments section of the paper and any other reference that may disclose the authors' identity.

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by at least 2 committee experts. After a careful reviewing process before the final decision and detailed presentation at the conference, all the accepted papers will be submitted proceedings from a top publisher.
